SoHarlem
SoHarlem’s mission is to support racial equity and the economic development of the Harlem community. They do this by creating economic opportunities through the Designer’s Studio which supports community designers by providing workspace and services. In addition they provide the Community Training Institute that educates the local community on apparel creation and design studio management.

- The CCS grant supports Board Development to hire the professional consultant group, Soigné Events, LLC that focuses primarily on arts-related fundraising events in New York City, and other major metropolitan areas.

- The CCS granted enabled SoHarlem, Inc. to implement a marketing plan that highlights the sustainable, communal, and network commerce that SoHarlem offers through its Designers' Studio. With CSS support, SoHarlem hired two consultants to help implement their marketing plan, contracted with Cause Inspired to help direct and strengthen their website traffic, and purchase ads to promote their program and services.
